Hello! My name is Xi /siː/.

I'm a product designer and user researcher.

I received my PhD from Imperial College London, working in the area of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Specifically, my research explores the design of Conversational Agents such as Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri and other virtual assistants.
